David Solomon is the founder, board chairperson, President and CEO of Fast Transact, Inc. It was during July 2002 that David and his wife, Anna, established the company; their primary focus was on payment gateway processing and credit card merchant services.
Prior to that time, David began his career in the merchant services industry in 1995 under the tutelage of Jack Cook and Jeff Marcous from CardServices International, and later in 1997 as an ISO office manager with Dan Davis of Cascade Payment Systems.
In 2000, David was invited to Ernst & Young’s “From Start to Finish Dot Com” project as a marketing review advisor of a fledgling new payment gateway company called EZIC, Inc., located in Vernon Hills, Illinois. EZIC, Inc. subsequently hired David for the position of Vice-President and he soon became an authority on payment gateway processing and integration.
Today, David continues to be instrumental in the development of Fast Transact’s payment processing solutions for retail and internet credit card data compilation, database integrations, domestic and international fraud prevention, and PCI compliance. Prior to his entering the credit card acquiring industry, David partnered with the Paul Solomon Foundation for thirteen years, where he traveled to over 15 countries and taught workshops in self help and self improvement.
