It was during the mid-1990’s that husband and wife team, David and Anna Solomon, conceived the notion to become independent agents for the bankcard industry. In 1995, with firsthand experience and a unique vision, David concentrated on merchant sales while Anna managed the home office. It was from these early beginnings to the present, that they were committed to ensuring their customers are the number one priority.
As the Internet began to grow in popularity and the demand for convenience became more of a priority to consumers, it soon became apparent to the Solomon’s that there was a need to develop a payment system to incorporate both security and convenience for credit card processing. In July 2002, Fast Transact Inc. was formed and opened an office with 5 employees and from there it grew to become the largest privately owned and operated ISO/MSP in the Pacific Northwest. In 2004, Fast Transact moved locations to accommodate growth and expanded quickly to employ over 15 employees and entered a relationship with a bank to become a full risk ISO. Today, Fast Transact is one of the leading providers for retail and Internet payment solutions and credit card processing.
